Would Rainbow Rowell count? :)Some other ideas:
Alex White
Holly Black
Katy Rose Pool
Moniquill Blackgoose
Claudia Gray
Melissa Grey
Mary Brown wrote lighthearted fantasyKiersten White, YA historical fiction and some YA horror/supernatural
Dan Brown of The Da Vinci Code fame
John Green YA
I got to thinking you could also choose an author whose name means a color in a language other than English. For example Braun is "brown" in German, "LeBlanc" is white in French, "Rossi" is red in Italian.

Akai = Red
Aoi = Blue
Kuroi = Black
Midori = Green
Murasaki = Purple (Tale of Genji!)
Unlikely colour names:
Chairo = Brown
Kiroi = Yellow
Oraniji = Orange
Pinku = Pink
Good luck finding anyone with the name white (shiroi), because 'shi' means death in Japanese, although death and the colour have different kanji.
I went with GOLD!You, Again by Kate Goldbeck ★★★★
Outofshapeworthlessloser: A Memoir of Figure Skating, F*cking Up, and Figuring It Out by Gracie Gold ★★★★★
