We see a lot of teens and twenty-somethings in fiction... let's see some older folks get some time in the spotlight!

There's a mystery series by Jeanne M Dams where the main character is an American who moves to a small town in the U.K. after her husband dies. She's in her sixties. The books are cozy mysteries and are quick reads. The first book is The Body in the Transept.

I think the heroine of The Keeper's Six is in her sixties.

Pretty sure It's Not All Downhill from Here from Terry McMillan has a main character over 60.

I read An Elderly Lady Must Not Be Crossed by Helene Tursten. The main character, Maud, is 88 years old and awesome. This is the second one about Maud; the first being An Elderly Lady Is Up to No Good. Both are great.

Just listened to Doctor Who: The Crimson Horror . It was so fun and so well done. Plus, Dr Who is hundreds of years older than 60!!

I read The Brilliant Life of Eudora Honeysett by Annie Lyons. Eudora is 85. If you liked Maud in An Elderly Lady is Up To No Good I think you'll like Eudora
