T. Kingfisher's paladin series focuses on a different couple with each book. I'm not sure of the ages of the different couples, but they feel as though they are in their 30s.Jeanne Dams writes a cozy mystery where the main character is in her sixties. She's a widow in the first book, and meets a man her age who is single. Over the first few books, they fall in love.
I second the recommendation of T. Kingfisher's fantasy romances. I am pretty sure all of the main characters in the paladin books are over thirty, and also Swordheart would count (same world, different characters with some minor character crossover).I also have Role Playing by Cathy Yardley on my radar, which features a romance between two nerdy types in their late forties/early fifties.

I read Miss Percy's Pocket Guide to the Care and Feeding of British Dragons by Quenby Olson - 3/22/24.
