Kenneth Branagh is narrating. I've made it to where they are in Egypt. It's a little hard to keep all the characters straight, lol.
I may relisten to some chapters.

I like that she builds suspense with the introduction of each new character. By the end of chapter one, I knew who was going to die.
I love reading / watching Poirot books. When I was a kid, our area was late to cable TV. I used to watch the movies and TV series on Late Night TV with my mom.

Glad it's not just me. I went back and relistened to part of it at a slower pace this morning, For such a short(ish) book there are a lot of characters. I'm enjoying the narration. I'm pretty sure I know who is going to die.
I, for sure, want to watch the movie after I finish the book!

Next time I will be reading instead of listening to a Hercule Poirot book. Way too much going on to listen while doing other things. I had to slow it down so I could catch everything and pay attention to all the players, lol.
Lots of different storylines going on in this. At the beginning of the book I thought for sure it was Lynette that was going to be killed - then when we hit Egypt I thought it might be Jackie that would be killed. Again, at first I thought I knew who would be doing the killing (view spoiler) and I had an idea why but then everyone else in the story muddies up the waters, lol. I was only half right by the end. (view spoiler)
Ms Christie writes fascinating mysteries with lots of interesting characters.
