Trees thickly cover the mossy forest ground where small creatures move underfoot.

Anaya jumped when she heard Marcus running after her, and hoped it wasn't to kill her. She turned and watched Marcus carefully, as well as her surroundings.

"No." Anaya said, finally catching her breath, "I wasn't told." She said, catching sight of the first aid kit. "That's great." She said, with a bit of a lack of enthusiasm.

"No thanks. We should probably save it." Anaya remarked, "Make sure you keep that first aid kit safe, I can use the natural remedies, but it's not usually-" Anaya says, trying to find the right word, "Pretty." She decides. "Very little, but I learn fast." She tells him, following him up the tree.

"I'm here" Jace said dropping from the tree bow in hand

Jace Followed each move Swiftly and Silently.

Anaya winced as Lois shouted and glanced over to see the injury.

Jace said nothing.

Jace had a flash of silver on His belt. His throwing knives.

Anaya nibbled on her cheese, glad they got that out of the way. It would have gone bad very fast, so it was good to finish it now. Anaya walked through the forest alongside the others, around the center of the group. She was walking so silently, the way she had at home. Home. Her heart panged with sadness, wondering how Lily, her mother, and all the other were doing.

Xavier arrived at the forest, walking carefully and being aware of his surroundings as much as possible. Once he felt it was safe, he began to gather wood to make a shield.

"I'm sorry Marcus, but she probably wouldn't have made it anyways, it's not your fault." April responded knowing Marcus would probably put some of the blame on himself.

"Where are the other tributes right now?" April knew it was risky but she thought it was time confront the other tributes face to face.

Xavier finished his wooden shield and considered returning to Cornucopia for more materials. He knew that most tributes were fairly spread out in the Arena. It was most likely that everyone had left. If they hadn't, Xavier had a sword in hand. He had his bow and poison-tipped arrows in his backpack if their attack was long-range.

Anaya sighed, wondering how many people had died, and how many were left. She didn't answer Marcus, but she really didn't like the idea of the stream, there could already be people around there, it was almost a death trap.

Xavier looked around for enemy tributes.

with no notice the trees around the tributes lit up in flames creating a wall of flames pushing them towards the edge of the forest

Xavier ran cautiously, pulling out his bow and arrows.

Xavier began to head toward Cornucopia. He was certain all of the tributes had left by then.

Xavier was back, a first aid kit and some knives in tow. They were stored in his backpack along with his sword, poison bottle, and a canteen full of water. He walked towards the berry bushes in the distance. They looked like multi-colored dots in a blob of green from where he was. He grabbed some berries before also taking some leaves and blades of grass covered in dew.

The wall of fire vanquished quickly leaving chared stumps and smoke. A ways away more smoke biillowed where the fire restarted

Xavier smelled smoke from afar. It was probably of another tribute's doing. He ignored it but made sure to steer clear. He began to make the poison, creating a makeshift cup of the remaining leaves he used and some tiny sticks nearby. Once it was finished he poured the poison into the bottle in his backpack. It filled up to the very top. Xaver grinned satisfactorily and got up, heading towards the stream to refill his canteen. He used some water for the poison and he also drank some in the process. Xavier looked up to the sky and saw it was almost evening.

Jace stayed awake watching every movement

Anaya heard Marcus approaching and hid, beckoning the others to hide with her.

Anaya noted his shocked demeanor, "Are you alright? Did something... happen?" She asked quietly.

Xavier decided to set up a little camp by the berry bushes. He sat down on his sleeping bag to relax for a bit. The Games were more stressful than he anticipated. He realized he was hungry, so he grabbed some berries and ate a few.

Xavier laid down on his sleeping bag and watched the clouds pass by. It was sort of relaxing.

Xavier sighed. He needed to gather food for future emergencies, but it was peaceful here. He'd cross that bridge when he came to it. For now, he just needed to regain some energy for the coming days.

Xavier heard a crack nearby. He immediately pulled out his shield and stood up. "Hello?"

Xavier softened. "Are you...the girl tribute?"

Xavier dropped his shield and held out his hand. "Xavier Tollia, District 6."

Crazy poison spikes did not indeed pop out. "Allies?" He asked softly. She was probably sensitive. Any move he made that wasn't careful would probably scare her off.

Xavier kneeled to his sleeping bag again. "Do you have a sleeping bag? Or any resources, for that matter?" He asked, rummaging in his backpack for any extra resources or weapons.
