My first Trollope and loving it so far. I thought it was going to be a much harder read

Thank you. I am managing (at the moment) to keep up with the reading as scheduled and am enjoying it more than I thought I would. At first I got confused about who everyone was, but I’m okay with that now.

Thanks for this thread. I prefer GR for sure.
I wanted to say hi to anyone on here, and also to say due to not finishing a book I am currently reading in Sept I have not started this one yet so am behind on schedule. But I hope to catch up with the schedule in due course.
Then I will comment more on here.

I got ahead of schedule! oops!

I have had a weekend away and got way behind. I will catch up. I’m finding it easier to read now I’ve sorted out who everyone is. Oh the snobbery!

Unfortunately, I did not complete this novel. I didn't even get a chance to start it. It took so long for the inter-library loan and then I had to return it in a week. I am not complaining, just disappointed. But I do still want to read it someday; maybe next Victober! :)
