Around the World in 80 Books discussion

I'm so excited to do this challenge! I participated in this one many years ago – long enough to forget where my original post is :)

So I'm starting a new post where I will be circumnavigating the world, visiting each country at least once (don't know how long that might take).

As an additional challenge, I will be journeying through the regions of my own country – India.

India has 28 states and 8 union territories so I imagine it will be quite exciting to journey through each state, especially if I can find English translations of regional works (fun fact: we have 22 recognized languages in the country but there are over 700 spoken languages!)
