I’m okay, waking up at 5:30 every single morning is wearing me out so I’m just tired all the time lol, how about you?

I'm still going to school and my bus comes at 6:50, so I need a lot of time to get ready. I like to wear eyeliner in the wing style, and it's difficult to get right. It takes me about 10 minutes to just do the eyeliner part of my makeup routine lol

I tend to be really perfectionistic when it comes to makeup, so that’s probably why it takes me so long.
The first bell at my school is 7:45am too actually, which is crazy compared to what it was in middle school. I used to be able to wake up at like 6:30 and I’d be fine, but now I feel like the school’s saying: “yOu GuYs GoTtA bE uP bY 2aM bEcAuSe ClAsSeS sTaRt At 3 iN tHe mOrNinG!” Lol

oh goshhhhhhh yeah here midddle school and hs are just one thing so therr isnnt much difference

It’s quiet here, but my school is fairly popular for their music programs which is nice since I’m involved in a lot of them. It can be a bit unsafe here too, but it mostly stays in the crappier areas of town.

I wanted to join Theatre club, but I had already chosen waaayyyy too many extracurriculars lol. Currently I’m club which goes and sees performances, German club, and a club called creative writing club which are pretty fun

Im directing a greek play called medea, and yesterday was the 2nd show it was sooo coooll and im so proud

Oh wow, that’s really cool! I’m not old enough to direct a play yet lol, but it sounds really fun. I’m probably going to try out for an upcoming play at my school though, it looks like it would be enjoyable

It's called 9 to 5. I might try out for a role, or maybe the pit orchestra if I don't get a role so I can still participate. To audion, I have to sing a song, dance, and prepare a monologue, so I'm a bit scared

Well I’m the best at singing, but decent at dancing and drama. I’ve never really tried drama all that much yet, but I want to get into it more

I'm not great at dancing, but I'm trying to get better. I've done ballet in the past (only for like 1 year tho) and I like to learn kpop dances on my own

Thats fine!! Dancing is about putting your heart and soul into it, as a musician (violinst, right?) that should be easy for you

Exactly! Just enjoy it! Ooh ice always wanted to play the violin, properly at least, i kinda can do some stuff but like thats just playing about on it not actually playing

Violin is one of the hardest instruments to play, so it definitely takes time! I wasn’t very good when I started out, but I became first chair when I became better at it. It’s a very pretty instrument though, I like playing really beautiful or sad pieces. One of my favorites has got to be the Schindlers list theme, it’s very fun to play

I’ve learned to play the first part of it in 1st position on the violin, but I have to learn to play it correctly while adding shifts to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th position for it to sound better. The glissandos are hard for me because I’m not used to shifting from 3rd position directly to 4th position :/

I agree, although I do also get confused a bit when the positions get any higher than 4th or 5th
