For each format the source would need to show the format and give ISBN. The link you gave to publisher site looks good but I can't find the ISBNs, if they are there just tell me where and all should be good.
For the Kindle we may need to wait until image at Amazon is updated.

Oh okay! I've asked for the Amazon page to be updated. Once it has been added to Amazon, does it automatically get added to Goodreads? Or will I have to ask for it to be added?
