So, fun thing Goodreads is doing. Deleting this thread every time I make it lol. I remembered making it before and thought I was losing my mind because I couldn't find it! (But then when I typed the title into my address bar, it remembered the URL and it's a dead link now.)

So anyway, I recreate it. And then I go to comment on it, and it's been deleted!! This is my third time creating this thread and it is finally sticking. I think it didn't like the blank ABC list?? Maybe it looked spammy.

I gotta say, it's especially annoying to be treated like a spammer by Goodreads when I help maintain a Listopia list where I have spent many dozens of hours deleting actual spam with no help from Goodreads lol

Goodreads is having some annoying issues in 2024!!

I just did a check of my TBR pile to see what letters I would need to specifically find library books for. Turns out I have plenty of options for every title letter except X, and every author letter except U (unless you count Unknown) and X. No excuses lol!

My get-from-library shelf gives me an option for a U author. So it's just those pesky Xs.

I found an X title and put it on hold at the library. The only X author I can find (at my library) is Malcolm X, so I'll probably read his autobiography. I really thought there would be some Chinese authors with an X name!
