Getting ready to start.

I've finished it. Lots of colorful prose. Needed to concentrate more than on the last 2 books.

So, I am 3 chapters in as I am currently reading 3 books at once. Haha

Question for Stacey, do you actually buy the books, kindle or library.?

Janet, I usually use audible. I have been using it for years and it really is great for our travel lifestyle. But occasionally I will grab a book from a bookstore or a friend and sit down with that.

Diane, I am almost finished! So close.

Just started today and having difficulty putting it down. This isn’t a book I’d have selected on my own, yet I’m grateful for this book club as I’d have missed out on what has started to be a very engaging story!

Stacy be sure to read the Acknowledgement at the end. It was very interesting.

Yep, I have audible going also. My mom calls me a book hoarder. When we head out on long adventures I aways have a book to listen to. BTW we are sporting a Grand Design Momentum and pull it with a 3500 Ram. We are not full time; however, we like to think of ourselves as 1/4 time evolving into full time.

Only just begun, but Hawker captured me with the sentence on page four “You’ll fall into that cold, damp darkness if you aren’t careful where to set your feet.” So true in life. This is going to be a good one.

Agreed, I am finding this book fascinating and disturbing at the same time.

Loved this book. It was very poetic. Just picked up February’s book from the library today and can’t wait to start. Happy reading!!
