Michael K. Reynolds has a series that starts in Ireland.Flight of the Earls
In Golden Splendor
Songs of the Shenandoah
Also Liz Curtis Higgs wrote a duology based on Ruth that is set in Scotland.
Here Burns My Candle
Mine Is the Night
Brock and Bodie Thoene's Irish series is really good. First book is Only the River Runs Free. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...Michael Phillips' Caledonia series is pretty good too. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
Liz Curtis Higgs has a couple of series set in Scotland loosely based on Jacob's story and the book of Ruth. Here Burns My Candle was good. Not too romantic, if I remember right. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...
Rhoda Clarkson's "The Twilight Laird" set in the Highlands of Scotland is a touching and romantic blend.
This is an older one by B.J. Hoff that was pretty good too, the beginning of a series that starts out in Ireland during the famine: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
There's the book Child of the Mist that is set in Scotland. I haven't read it myself and it sounds like a romance, so it might not be for you.Still I wanted to point this one out, because it is free on Amazon today :)
Have you ever read any of George MacDonald's books? They are classics set in Scotland. Some of my favorites are Sir Gibbie or Baronet's Song, and Donal Grant or The Shepard's Castle. Maiden's Bequest is one of my all time favorites. The ones edited by Michael Phillips are the best.
Hello! I wonder if anyone has got suggestions for good Christian historical romance novels, that takes place during the 18th century?
It's one of my favorite centuries, unfortunately most secular stories from it are very immoral.
Anybody? :)
Hello Eliza, I know there are quite a few Christian Authors on the Colonial Quills blog that write historical fiction in that era.

Also, Amber Lynn Perry and Roseanna M. White have some Revolutionary war period books.
Hi There,I suggest Dilly Court for 18th century England and for the war years Sarah Sundin's romances. Both authors are wonderful storytellers with a good knowledge of history in those eras.

Thank you so much, I will definitely check those out!
