SFF Readalongs led by Kitty G discussion

Well this is getting exciting! I am enjoying the kind of 'mystery' element we have going on with both of the storylines. Miller's still not my favourite character, but he seems like a nice guy and I am enjoying his story thus far.

Whilst Holden's still kind of my favourite because of the way he's a little bit more 'flawed' than Miller seems to be. I think he's certainly stuck between a few different potential paths of action right now and I like that he went and talked to his crew mate too.

So far so good, and I plan to read more of this tomorrow :)

I like that we're starting to get to know the characters more now. I like the contract between Miller and Havelock. You can really get a sense of the prejudices in this society and see where they've come from. And, I agree that the mystery element of the story is starting to pick up and make the story more interesting. I think my favorite part of this section was towards the end when Miller started finding out more about Julie and why her father is wanting to find her so badly.
