Hi! You need to go to the profile and scroll to the bottom. Then, you need to click where it says "Let us know" in green. That should take you to the right page. Are you using the app? Perhaps you need to access the profile from a browser to be able to see the link.
Hi! I published a 30 day devotional on Amazon a week ago. I’m unable to claim my author profile because I’m not the only Ashley Patterson on Goodreads. Can anyone help me, pretty please? Thank you!
#5 Hi Ashley! I've moved the book to a new profile: Ashley Patterson (Ashley Patterson with three spaces between the name and the surname). To claim it, go to the profile, scroll to the bottom and click "Is this you? Let us know". It looks like you need to open the profile from a browser to be able to see the link.
Hi! I'm Paola Sartori, the author of Sunsets & Tangerines and this book in Portuguese:https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
The book is attributed to another 'Paola Sartori', not my profile.
Can you fix it? Thank you!
Hello, my name is Crimsyn Rose the author of Fatal Queen that was just released today on Amazon Kindle (my very first book). I had a mix-up when publishing my book as I originally, was spelling my author's name as Crimson Rose until I realized that there was another author with the exact spelling. Well now that my book is release when I type my ASIN to claim my book it is linked to the other author page which is incorrect. If you go to Amazon and look up this book you will see the cover was updated to Crimsyn Rose. Can you please fix this so I can get credit for my own book. Thanks in advance.
#9 I've moved your book to Crimsyn Rose. To claim it, go to the profile, scroll to the bottom and click "Is this you? Let us know".It looks like there's a second Kindle edition with the previous name, but I can't touch it because it has a valid ASIN (B0CPW94SKX) and has been added by two users. So, after claiming the profile, if the second edition ends not being published, you'll have to ask Support to fix it, merging it with the other one, or marking it invalid.

Ok when I go to claim it. It is asking for my author website. Are they asking for Goodreads website or different? I don't have an Author Website at all yet.

Hi Elvenn -- I have successfully claimed my profile. Can you remove the messages that mention me now please? That way it's not linked to my author profile here anymore.
TYSM.
Amy
