It's always hard getting those first reviews. Of course, the more sales you get, the more ratings and reviews you get. You could try Voracious Readers Only. I'm not sure if it's free anymore. It used to be you'd supply 20 readers with free copies, and they're supposed to do reviews, but you usually only get 3-5.
