Fourth Wing is one of those Not-Even-If-You-Paid-Me books for me, so I'll stick with Murderbot.

LOL Audrey. I'll read it for the team but I generally do like romantasy so it won't be a hardship for me. :D My library had the hardcover available for Murderbot #2 today, score!

I didn't have plans to read Fourth Wing but I joined a goodreads group that was reading all the GR Choice Awards winners and they're reading it for February, so I guess it works out for me to kill two birds with one stone.

I don't seek out romanstasy, but I love dragons and have been meaning to give Fourth Wing a try since it is literally everywhere!

I was the same as you and have only read it as it is the group pick, but actually really enjoyed it. Im having to eat my words a little with friends.

Hooray, one I liked and wanted to read :). As we all know, not every book is for everyone--based on various GR friends' ratings (all over the place!) and reviews, I took Fourth Wing off my want to read shelf.
