RJ - Slayer of Trolls (hawk5391yahoocom) I read this one last year so I'll be happy to join the discussion. By the way, the book is based on a real-life trip to Mexico that Greene took, which he documented in the non-fiction book The Lawless Roads. And it was filmed by Director John Ford as "The Fugitive" (not to be confused with the Harrison Ford action film).

I didn't know that the Ford film was based on this book! I love Greene's writing. Maybe I will reread it after all...
