Seated on a stage is a young man, Fen Luqe, is seated, ready to interview all the tributes.

"Let's get this party started!" Fen exclaimed, and the crowd cheered lightly, "With Soren Royal straight from District 1!" The crowd cheered deafeningly.

"Tell me, Soren, how old are you?

"What was your life back home like?"

"And how's your time in the shining Capitol doing?"

"How did you feel about the reaping?"

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"

"That's all the time we have for Soren, give him a hand!" The crowd cheers wildly.
"Next up is Esme Brown from District 1!" The crowd cheered deafeningly.

"How old are you, Esme?"

"What was your life back home like?"

"And how's your time in the Capitol going?"

"How did you feel about the reaping?"

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"

((Blake, this is your character!))

"That's all the time we have for Esme, give her a hand!" The crowd cheers wildly.
"Next up is Blake Swan from District 2!" The crowd cheered loudly.

"How are you today, Blake?"

"How old are you?"

"What was your life back home like?"

"And how's your time in the Capitol going?"

"How did you feel about the reaping?"

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"

" Im doing great today! Ive gotten to spend so much time with my amazing girlfreind that i couldn't be happier!" He had a contagious smile

"i am 17, almost 18"

"my life was pretty great. i trained, hung out with V and my friends, and just got to be. i couldn't be more grateful"

"my time here has been amazing. back home Verene and I didn't get to spend this much time together so that has been amazing"

"the reaping at first punched me in the gut. i wasnt expecting Verene to be drawn. As soon as her name was called i knew i was going with but then i was drawn and we were both in shock"

"i dont think i will come home. only because i am going to make it my goal that V, does. She will be the last one standing" he said his eyes filling with fake tears

"Wish we could keep talking, but that's all we have time for Blake, give him a hand for his troubles!" Fen directs the crowd, and they cheer wildly.
"Next up is Blake's other half from District 2, Verene Yarrow!" The crowd cheered loudly.

"How are you today?"

"How old are you, Verene?"

"What was your life back home like?"

"And how's your time in the Capitol going?"

"How did you feel about the reaping?"

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games, with Blake?"

"I am doing great! Today has been a whirlwind
of emotions but it has been great so far."

"I am 16 turning 17"

"My life back home was comfortable. I spent my days mostly with Blake and training with my beloved twin Ren."

"My time at the Capitol has been scary but with Blake by my side it has been more peaceful."

"The reaping was scary. I was worried my dear brother will be picked. But when I heard my name I was scared Ren was next. But when I heard Blake's name I knew that we both will keep each other safe through the challenges."

"Well I hope I do great. But I truly hope that Blake wins. I don't ever want to hurt him like you said I am his other half well he is mine and me killing me will bring no triumph of my victory. Well good bye!!"

"Goodbye, Verene!" Fen directs the crowd, and they cheer wildly.
"Next up is District 3, Male, Jack Cotton!" The crowd cheered.

"How are you doing today?"

"How old are you?"

"What was your life back home like, Jack?"

"How did you feel about the reaping?"

"And how's your time in the Capitol going?"

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"

"I'm fifteen, turning sixteen next month."

"Um, I have thirteen siblings, it's pretty lonely without them."

"I didn't feel very shocked, I guess?"

"Awkward, I've got no idea what to do at any time."

"I- Um, don't know?"

"Well, we hope you figure it out, Jack!" Fen says, laughing, and the crowd laughs a bit.
"Next up is District 3, girl, Ember Barlow!" The crowd cheered.

"How are you doing today?"

"How old are you, Ember?"

"What was your life back home like?"

"How did you feel about the reaping?"

"And how's your time in the Capitol going, Ember?"

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"

"my life at home was rough. my whole family was shunned but our family was happy. That was until my name was drawn. My sister then went and volunteered for some reason."

"the capital has been dazzling if not disarming in the sheer size and grandeur of it all."

"I am just trying to make it so my parents don't lose both of their children."

"I am a twin so like Alex I am 18."

"my life at home was slightly easier than Alex's because I was only dealing with the district's opinion of my dad not also dealing with being genderfluid like Alex did."

"The capital is beautiful i wish I had more time to explore it!"

"I don't think I will be going home. I've seen the other tributes and they are way more prepared for this then I am. I just hope Alex makes it home."

I'm eighteen.

Well, I've been happy and everything is going right! After all, lots of my brothers and sisters are here (not really related).

It's going great especially after hearing how successful my family's makeup and perfume businesses are going here.

I think the reaping went well. I've always wanted to participate you see, so when whatever her name was reaped, I knew I just had to volunteer.

I'll do you one better Fen. How quick do you think these games will be? Because I'm here, probably not even a day! I'm kidding! I think I'll do fine. I hope to make you all proud.

It was good, we had enough money. I spent a lot of time training

I've been traing since I was 5 so not too bad

"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"
I think I could win, but mainly I just want to keep Marcus safe and I think I can do that."

Todd walked on stage, beaming so hard that the corners of his mouth hurt. He was prepared to give the shortest answers possible, in order to keep his cool.

"How are you doing today?"
"Why, I'm just fine, Fen."
"How old are you, Todd Jr.?"
"19."
"What was your life back home like?"
"I farmed a lot, I guess."
"How did you feel about the reaping?"
"It's a moot point, really. Won't change much of anything." Todd pursed his lips, trying to bite his tongue before he said anything that could get him in trouble.
"And how's your time in the Capitol going, Todd Jr.?"
"May I just say, Fen, I am honored to get to experience your beautiful home." Much more sarcasm than Todd had hoped crept into his words.
"How do you think you're going to do in the Games?"
"It all depends on the arena, my man."

Sensing the interview to be done, or at the very least unable to take anymore of this, Todd hoisted himself up and left the stage.

Xavier took a deep breath before heading onto the stage, managing to put on a smile in a room full of his enemies.

"How are you doing today, Xavier?"
"I'm doing pretty well."
"How old are you?"
"16, Fen."
"What was your life back home like?"
Xavier looked away from Fen. "Oh, um, I just like to read and write a lot. Nothing too exciting." He shrugged, not saying that he also liked to study the Capitol.
"Well, I'm sure it's exciting enough for you."
Xavier nodded.
"Anyway, Xavier, how do you feel about the reaping?"
Xavier froze. He couldn't tell them the whole story. "I think I'm ready to take on The Hunger Games."
"How's your time in the Capitol going?"
Xavier's smile disappeared. "Very well, sir. It's an honor being here." Xavier swiftly rolled his eyes before Fen smiled.
"How do you think you're going to do in the Games, Xavier?"
"My opponents seem fierce, but hopefully I'll do well." Xavier was willing to fight to the death if it meant getting revenge on the people who killed his sister. He willed himself not to get angry. After all, Fen had nothing to do with it.
"Thank you for your time, Xavier. May the odds be ever in your favor!"

And with that, Xavier faked a smile and left the stage.
