I am not sure who will be up for it, but I am starting War and Peace for the first time in the next couple of days but I will take my time with it and not push myself to finish it in March because I am reading other books for the 52 weeks reading challenge…
Jane Eyre maybe (I've been putting it off for almost a year and I need a big push to get me into it)
@liz I know, right! But my edition is divided across 3 books so it looks less intimidating. I have the Everyman’s library edition…
Since it’s kind of international women’s day on march 8th, I suggest some feminist/womanist authors like Simone de Beauvoir or Sylvia Plath ! Perhaps « The woman destroyed » or « Mrs Dalloway ». Or maybe Tony Morrison’s « Beloved ». :)

So, I second Jane Eyre and Spring Snow.Additionally I'd like to suggest the following books (which are a bit shorter, around 100 - 200 pages each, since March has already begun):
