I think my favorite country to travel to has been Spain, which is a very popular place for tourism. I've been to about 20 other countries (I'm American). I've actually visited Spain twice- the first time when I was 18 and staying in youth hostels with a backpack. I just visited Pamplona and Barcelona that trip then went on to France.I visited Spain again about ten years ago on a group tour by bus. Our guide was great and I saw a lot. I especially enjoyed Madrid and Granada. At the end of the group tour I also went out to the island of Majorca on my own for a few days, which is an easy flight from Madrid. On my first trip I could speak just a bit of Spanish. By my next trip my Spanish was better and I could talk with people more. They speak mostly Catalan on Majorca but everyone speaks Castilian Spanish as well.
Such a difficult one!I've travelled quite a bit in France and Spain, and out of those two countries I'd have to pick on Carcassone (France) and San Sebastian (Spain) as my favourite towns.
I only spent a week in Vietnam, where I went to Saigon and the Mekong Delta, but I would love to go back and see more. The food and the people are amazing.
West Cork in Ireland is a very special place for me, as is Orkney in Scotland.

It is so difficult to choose! All those sound like amazing adventures. Thank you for sharing!
That is really hard to choose as there are so many special places in the world. But I think for me it was the 11 months I have spent in Australia doing a Work & Travel Vacation. I have so many fond memories of that time. So many wonderful people I have met and all the amazing places I was able to visit. Australia surely is an amazing place.

I'll start!
This is such a hard question! I love everywhere I’ve been. New Zealand was probably the most consistently beautiful country I’ve seen. I went there on my honeymoon and we did a road trip through the North and South Islands. It was stunning. I also find myself constantly returning to South America. I love the cultures, the food, the nature, the people and the language. Also visiting Patagonia was spectacular.
