School had just begun once more. To Alana it was just an endless cycle of work, homework, studying, results and vacation. Back when she was younger, school was actually better for her. Now she just suffered from it. She made her way through the hallway, looking for her first class of the day, week, month, term, semester if that was even possible and year, already feeling and knowing it wouldn't be a good one.

Jess high fived and smiled at a few others, passing by them like he was in on the red carpet, and all eyes were on him. Some were on him, others were either not caring, or secretly looking. He enjoyed the admirers often, but he was also so used to being stiff and having most eyes on him. Even his best friend got a little annoyed, but he still got to be with his friend more than he got with others.

There were ten minutes until the first class started. Alana opened up her schedule and surveyed it.

Math, her least favourite of all classes, was first. Of course. She continued to survey her schedule to be sure everything was there, occasionally checking the time.

During those ten minutes, Jess managed to high five a few people, talk about their mornings with a few others, and finally- after a long way of chatting- made it towards his locker, where he stored his notes, and schedules. He opened his locker, taking out his schedule. It followed as listed:

- Guitar

He sighed, a bit disappointed that all of his hard classes were scattered, and he wanted them to be in order from hardest to least hardest, so it would be a easily semester to go through.

(Not me relying on you to help me make a schedule XD)

Alana had half a smile and half a frown as she looked over her schedule again. Had they deliberately forgotten to add her other language, or was it a mistake? She wondered that as the bell rang, signaling the start of the school day and her first class. Alana rushed to the Math class as quick as she could and made it just in time.

(( Lmaoo! Dww ))

The bell seemed to be a side voice as he slammed his locker shut, hurrying towards Maths, so he wouldn't be late. He was slightly farther off from Alana, and was very close to getting a tardy in class, which would be the worst for him.

Although she still remembered where the class was, it was quite far and Alana had to stop to take a breath five or six times. Nevertheless she managed to arrive just before the teacher called her name.

(Can Jess maybe have caught up to her a little so he's a tiny bit late?)

He saw a girl enter to the same way that he was supposed to go, as he walked in. The teacher glared at him, with a sigh, as he wrote down "tardy" on the paper. (Tardy means he is in the classroom but he is late). "Jess, make sure you come a bit early next time." Their teacher replied, as Jess headed towards his seat.

Alana had just gotten to her seat as a guy came in. She felt a little sorry for him as the teacher gave him a tardy. As he went to take a seat, she noticed it was next to her, to her right.

He saw that his seat was right besides her, as he gave her a small smile.

As the lesson started and she leaned down to get one of her books, she noticed him smiling at her and smiled back. How haven't I seen him before?

"Nice to meet you." He said, softly, with a smile, sitting down.

"Same to you," she whispered back, smiling a little.

As the teacher started his lessons, He seemed to be jotting down notes, but in reality he was just doodling away at random art sketches he'd done earlier.
