'Twas the Time of Prayer is a Christian book that I recently had published. It is about a little girl who starts out being sad, fearful and a little depressed; that is, until she hears her dad praying aloud. She feels a little better and takes his words to heart. She starts praying and doing things for others, as well as reading her Bible. Her faith continues to grow and at the end of the book she leads the reader to Jesus. It refers to Covid and all the fear and sadness we all experienced as a common bond throughout the book. It is a sweet, sweet story for all ages. Author and Healer, Becky Dvorak then gives suggested prayers and scripture for the new believer. Illustrations are by JD Hornbacher, a pastor in Canada. I would love to hear what you think about this new book.
