Play Book Tag discussion

In the third book in this delightful series, Dr Watson has gone missing and Enola sets out to find him. Using clues from a bouquet of flowers that had been sent to Watson’s wife, Enola is able to work out who the sender is, and what has happened to Watson before she has to turn to her brother for help with freeing him. I really liked how Enola’s way of solving mysteries fit perfectly within the “women’s world” that she is forced to live in, making her better at solving the mysteries than her famous detective brother. I was surprised by Enola’s resourcefulness and intelligence, and I love how logical she is, thinking and analysing everything before acting on it. I also like how she is able to outwit her brothers, as well as her determination to be independent.
