Robert I have withdrawn this book, along with the remainder of the 2012-15 old Middle Way Philosophy series, as it has been superseded by the new Middle Way Philosophy series that is being published by Equinox. A good place to start in the new series is The Five Principles of Middle Way Philosophy: Living Experientially in a World of Uncertainty. The exact focus of this volume, on biases and philosophical theories, will be reproduced in volumes 5 and 6 of the new series.
