I will start things off with this non-standard nomination. It is a graphic novel, historical fiction: Courage to Dream: Tales of Hope in the Holocaust by Neal Shusterman. I read it already and found it quite interesting.

Nominating Rules:
- Nomination Period: starts April 7 and will stay open for 7 days or until we have enough valid nominations.
- You may nominate multiple books and the mods will triage the list if necessary.
- All nominations need to be classified as YA unless the nominating category specifically allows exceptions.
- Books must be first in a series or a standalone.
- Books must be at least 3 months old.
- Books must be available in print and not just ebook form. It is helpful to nominate books that are easy to access; so that members do not struggle to acquire the book if it wins in the polls.
- No author promotions allowed.
Next Steps: After nominations, the books will go to a poll to determine the winner.
