A draft cover was accidentally uploaded with the editions of this book. While we understand that covers cannot generally be removed (although this book was never released with the current cover), we would like the new/correct cover associated with the book added to the listing.

Although it's not a cover issue, combining these two listings would be nice as well. (I assuming this keeps happened because Amazon adds its own listing when it published the Kindle edition?)

I have combined the editions and added cover from Amazon to the Kindle edition.
For other editions we need a source to confirm cover, this should give details such as format and ISBN.

All of the updates have not been approved by Ingram yet, but Smashwords has confirmed the change for the EPUB edition.

The covers for these ISBNs have been updated in Bowker:

978-1-962538-69-5
978-1-962538-70-1

Bowker is where ISBNs get officially registered in the U.S.
