What ideas are considered 'good'? What should be tossed? How can you develop ideas into a story?

Okay I mainly made this because...Should I write this? It's not written that well (I don't think) as it is presented here but the idea is very good in my head (to me anyway).
(view spoiler)
I think any idea is a good idea. Even if its just one word or a phrase or quote or a picture. All of it is a good idea.
Neither am I, which is why I'm slow to start it.
ah well the idea is interesting either way it certainly shows promiseSims? That game on like PC and stuff where you make a person and have them do stuff?

Good or not, that's flexible. Honestly, I'm not sure there's any parameter for idea. There's alot of really great ideas that turn into crap stories, and also boring repetitive ideas people use all the time that turn into amazing stories.
The question is, how to develop that idea from raw (or, I usually call it 'bunny') into something that hits certain audience. (coz, you can't please everybody, that's for sure)
