Time to read those months again. We will find out which authors were born in these months, some historical facts, and those holidays that we might celebrate so lets Read the Months.

1. A lot of us know that May is Mothers Day, and Memorial Day (USA) and of course Cinco de Mayo. May also is National Strawberry month and has National Cherry Cobbler Day (May 17) and Lucky Penny Day (May 23)

2. Some important events from history. May 1, 1707 Great Britain was formed from a union between England and Scotland. May 2, 2011 U.S. Special Operations Forces killed Osama bin Laden during a raid on his secret compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan and May 4, 1494 During his second journey of exploration in the New World, Christopher Columbus discovered Jamaica.
