What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

So I read this book like a year ago, but I can't remember what it's called! The best description I can give is;
fantasy book about a witch whose whole family was executed for practicing dark magic so she moves to the modern world, but she finds a bestiary and accidentally summons a spirit that like convinces her to try and help free the beasts? And she summons like an succubus(I thing that's what is was) and a water spirit thingy, and a gargoyle, and they all end up falling in love, and then there is a necromancer dude as well, but I don't remember that much about him, he was introduced towards the end, I think..... HELP PLEASE!!
