I read the book several years ago, and it has been in my top 5 favorites ever since. I was very pleased with the Netflix production. It really captured many of the elements and themes of the book. It was shot so beautifully, and the cast did a fabulous job. Love love !
I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the Netflix production, Christina. I loved reading the book years ago, also, and have been hesitant to watch the series in fear of being disappointed.
Not quite finished listening to the book. However have started the first episode. really good both book and show. BTW I am part of 3 book clubs and this one picks the best books. Keep it up.

I am in the middle of this book now. Coming right off of The Women, I was a little resistant to go right into another book on war. But I’m on chapter 52 and each chapter sucks me in deeper!
I’m reading the All the Light I Cannot See now… or I should say listening to it. I think the book would be better if I had it in hand and really read it. (I find myself rewinding … a lot…in the audible version to go back to something I missed… I’m definitely a visual learner…LOL). It is a great book… we will make sure we watch the Mini Series. Thanks for letting us know!
Finished this book a few weeks back. Loved the book Then watched the movie. Movie was good but missing sooooo many details the book had. I’d recommend both though!

This is another book that has been made into a movie/mini-series on Netflix. If you have read the book and seen the movie, what are your thoughts?
