Michael | 2 comments The plot details are very hazy, unfortunately. I remember early in the series, the protagonist becomes an apprentice to an ironsmith / metalworker. His skills progress through the series and in the 3rd book, he makes wings that allow him to fly.

I also remember him transforming into a porpoise or dolphin while in pursuit of another character.

In the end, he realizes that he is a god that reincarnated himself as a human, for what purpose I can't remember.

Not a lot to work with, but I appreciate any help remembering. :-)
