WEEKLY CHECK-IN
June 10, 2024 -- Week 24

Are you joining our summer reading challenge?
If so, which book/prompt did you start with?
Or, if not: What book are you reading this week?

Haley Yes - and I will be completing the Bronze Tier (any 8, not just the ones labeled Bronze).

I just finished prompt #16 - Time Period without Modern Transportation. A Fragile Enchantment by Allison Saft - 3.5 stars.

I'm currently reading I Work at a Public Library: A Collection of Crazy Stories from the Stacks by Gina Sheridan for prompt #4 - A Short Story Collection.

Beth | 212 comments I'm planning to "go for the gold". I don't yet know where I'll start.
This week, I am reading Unravel the Dusk by Elizabeth Lim, and Terminal Freeze by Lincoln Child. I was actually thinking that Terminal Freeze would work for the May mini challenge prompt "alpha".

Kathi | 181 comments I’m joining the Summer Challenge but I will assign books to the various prompts after I read each book. This is similar to how I do the main challenge until we get to November & then I target the prompts that none of the books I’ve read to that point fit.

This week I am reading Under the Whispering Door by T.J. Klune, A Conjuring of Light by Victoria Schwab, and The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat and Other Clinical Tales by Oliver Sacks.

i'm working on London (spiritual leader) , Babel (not sure) , and the Great Alone (endurance)
