I'd like to sign up. My book link is here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...The book officially releases May 5, but the paperback snuck onto Amazon in advance, so a review could be posted there prior to May 5.
Thanks!
Whoa... could I actually be on time to make it in one of these? My book's called THE DANDELION KNIGHT; here are links:
GR: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Dandelion-Knigh...
It's about 160,000 words, so if I'm paired with someone who's got a shorter book, I'd be happy to review a novella or short story along with it. Thanks!
I would like to join, if possible.GR:Io Deceneus: Journal of a Time Traveler

Hi Amberle,Florian has reviewed me in a different group, so I can't review him. I do have an alternate book.
Thanks,
Kathy
Okay, everyone, that's six authors signed up. I will be posting the schedule for this review group shortly.
The Goodreads environment isn't very straightforward in offering ways to message people. My email address, if my reviewers/reviewees need it, is robbycharters[curlie A]ymail[full stop]com.
I've got my review copy from KS, but still waiting for Florian. I suppose it doesn't matter which order I read them...?
After sending messages via Goodreads, I realized that some of you posted on my Goodreads page. A bit too late :)It is possible to send messages directly, by clicking on the small "arrow down" icon on the right of the "Follow Author" button. You pick "Send message" from the drop down list.
Thank you, Florian, for pointing out where the message function is located. On my computer the "down arrow" is a very light grey against white, so I had to look several times before I spotted it.
I've finished Io Deceneus, by Florian Armas. The Kindle review is at http://www.amazon.com/Io-Deceneus-Jou... (also posted it on Amazon.co.uk)For the Goodreads review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Hi folks,Here is my review for The Dandelion Knight, a challenging read.

Just here to let Riyadad know I'm not out to lunch on PHANTASMIA, and to thank K.S. and Florian for their reviews!
I'm behind but 48% done with Pepe (Robby's book). Florian hasn't sent me his yet. K.S. did you have a chance to review Compendium?
Alia wrote: "If you have it in mobi, feel free to send it along to me! Thanks Robby!"I'm afraid my copy is in ePub
I've reviewed PHANTASIA:GR: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Florian - I am starting yours next. Thanks!
How are we doing, people? Getting close to the end of the schedule, now. Hope you have all been enjoying your reading!
Robby wrote: "How are you coming with Pepe, Matt?"Thanks for the reminder. My company's quarterly summit has slammed me to a level I wasn't expecting, but I've been reading steadily, and I plan to have a review posted by the end of the week. Sorry it comes so late!
Okay, it's a week later than this group was scheduled to close. I see that Robby and Matt have been in contact; the only other review I can see that's uncompleted is Alia Luria's review of Io Deceneus - Journal of a Time Traveller. Any updates on that, Alia and Florian?
My review of PEPE is posted:GR: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

Apologies again for being late, and thanks once again to Amberle and all the reviewers for their work!
Hi Amberle,When is the next round of the Science Fiction Review Group? I'd like to submit my new project Statisticity for consideration.
Thanks!
Yaron
Okay, it is now very late for this group, and I still haven't heard back from Alia about her review of Florian's Io Deceneus. I've corresponded with Florian, who hasn't heard anything either. I'm closing this group.Thank you, everyone who upheld their end of the swaps!

This is the Science Fiction review group, which will include fiction of novel or novella length (20,000 words and up) that falls within the science fiction genre. As with other review groups, you will be expected to read and give an honest review of the books assigned to you.
Participants are expected to post reviews to Goodreads. If the review is positive (three stars or higher on Amazon), the review should be posted to Amazon as well, if the book is available there. This makes having accounts with both Goodreads and Amazon.com a requirement. The author and reviewer can discuss other sites to post reviews as well -- Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, etc.
This topic will be updated with the list of authors as they sign up with their names and Goodreads links to their books. First come; first serve. This is an authors only peer review group.
If a reviewer and the author agree that the review should not be posted to Goodreads due to quality issues, the reviewer is relieved of the requirement of posting the review. This is entirely at the discretion of the reviewer and is not intended in any way to manipulate the rating of any book.
*** NOTE *** The first two authors signed up for this group are overflow from the group #7 sign-up. We still need four more authors for this group!
*** UPDATE ***
Okay, as of 4/29/15 we have six people signed up for this group. The schedule and assignments are posted below. If I've overlooked any conflicts please call it to my attention. Contact the authors you are scheduled to review to arrange to receive a review copy of their work.
Please post to this topic, both when you receive review copies and when you post the reviews.
If you are going to be late with your review, either post to this topic as soon as possible or message the author and the moderator.
If your book has not been reviewed by the deadline for either round, contact the review group moderator. This is necessary to make certain that the review process is fair for everyone.
