I wish I could say that I enjoyed Swallows and Amazons but I found all that sailing lingo incredibly boring and uninteresting.

Lisa | 39 comments I did enjoy the book, even with the sailing lingo. The children's imaginations and the playfulness of the adults that joined in their games was fun. I found myself wondering just where the setting was, but I think it had to have been somewhere in Canada, as that is where it was printed.

Michael Fitzgerald | 16 comments The location is a semi-fictitous lake in the Lake District in the north of England.
