Emory approached the Archery Range, looking around. It looked interesting, but Emory was never really one for any sort of sports.
Jackson would often come to the archery range when he was lonely, angry, or bored. He could shoot the targets all he wanted and it helped him calm down whenever he was upset like he was at the current moment.
Jackson grabbed a bow of the bow wrack, and a thing full of arrows and went to an empty shooting spot with a target that was being used. He started rapid fire shooting, as if each arrow was one of his emotions and he was trying to rid himself of them. Most of the arrows landed in the circle closest to the bullseye, a few landing on the bullseye.
Jackson grabbed his arrows before repeating the process again. After his second round as he went to grab the arrows he felt blood trickle out his nose.
Emory's eyes widened as they realized that Jackson's nose was bleeding. She stood, jogging over to him."Let me see your nose."
Jackson wiped the blood off his lips and below his nose with his jacket sleeve. He took a step closer so Emory could do her thing.
Emory gently grabbed Jackson's face, tilting it up so they could get a better look. She sighed, gently covering his nose with one hand. A few seconds later, she took her hand off his nose, wiping away the blood with a smile.
(Can these two become a couple eventually? They’d be (and already are) so flipping cute together! :D )
“Thank you so much.” Jackson said before offering her the bow he had in his hand. “Want to give it a shot?” He asked her, as he grabbed the remaining arrows off the target, since they were in arms length.

Emory looked at the target before laughing, shaking her head."Oh, no no no. I'm not really good at sports stuff."
“Come on, please Emory?” Jackson asked, giving her puppy dog eyes. “Pwetty pwease with sugar on twop?”

“I will jump off the roof of my freaking cabin if you don’t shoot one arrow.” Jack said, in a joking tone.
Emory looked at Jackson for a few seconds before sighing."Ich weiß nicht einmal, wie man die verdammten Dinger erschießt," they mumbled, rubbing their temples.
"Fine."
(I don't even know how to shoot the damn things.)
“Not a problem.” Jackson said. “I’ll teach you. Turn slightly to the side, and put feet apart a little bit. Put in the arrow like this.” He said, demonstrating with another bow he would on the ground. “And shoot!”
Emory repeated his actions, and when she fired, the arrow landed on the outermost circle. Sure, it wasn't anywhere near the bullseye, but it was good for a first try!
“That’s good for you first time but try this.” He said, adjusting some small things in her technique. His face was close to Emory’s as she looked into his eyes and he looked into hers. He felt his cheeks getting hot. “Now try it.” He said, still blushing a tiny bit.
Emory looked back into his eyes, smiling. With a nod, they fired the arrow once more and it landed closer to the center.Emory's eyes lit up when she saw, and she started laughing.
Jackson smiled at her and looking at how happy she looked at the sight of her shot. “You’re a natural!” Jackson said. “The first time I did this I almost shot someone in the head! And the second time. On accident.” He said, looking serous as he thought for a moment. “Anyway, great shot.”
Emory continued laughing because of his statement. "I'm sorry, you what?""But thanks, I'm not really good at any sports stuff," they chuckled, holding the bow in their hands, admiring the craftsmanship.
“Almost shoot someone in the head twice. In my defense they were in front of the target and I didn’t see them til it was to late.” Jackson said.
“Und ich glaube nicht, dass du halb so schlecht im Sport bist, wie du denkst.” He said giving her a wink. “Maybe not as good as me but still pretty good.”
(And I don't think you’re half as bad at sports as you think you are)

((Okay I'm back.))"Yeah, well I'm probably never doing this again," Emory laughed, a slight blush on her cheeks.
Jackson shoot an arrow at the target. As he did his nose started to throb. He ignored it, not wanting to annoy/concern Emory.
Emory returned the smile. "Alright, it'll probably be you though," they joked, preparing to shoot another arrow.
"Whatever," Emory rolled her eyes playfully before shooting the arrow. It was the closest they had gotten to a bullseye, which wasn't that hard considering Emory's last two shots weren't the best, at least in their eyes.
“Step aside puny you puny halfblood!” Jackson said. He shot his arrow and it was in the bullseye.
