This is an interesting book: more cerebral than I’m used to from Ms. Jackson. Note the message on the sundial, “What World is This?” Is from The Knight’s Tale in Canterbury Tales.
Yes, this book is more of a satirical literary fiction. I had a hard time getting into it.
