Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I am the author to this book. I was trying to find a way to upload the photo of the cover, but couldn't find out where to do that. I joined the Librarians Group thinking I would be able to, but then after being accepted to the group, it said changes could only be made by a librarian. You can find the cover here:

Also, I have both a paperback and hardback book and was hoping to link the two, but couldn't find out how to do that.

Finally, I thought I had setup an author profile, but I can't seem to find it. And when you go to my books, there is nothing under "About the Author". When I login, if I hover over my profile image, there is no "edit author profile" menu item, so I'm wondering what happened to it. I know there was an issue with my books being assigned to a different "Donald James" author and so I sent in a request about it and someone corrected it, but I wonder if that somehow removed my author profile or status.
