Any good recommendations on any books that give B horror movie vibes?

Self-rec for Appalachian Siren (some have said it is like a modern "I Spit On Your Grave"). Other authors I can suggest would be Brian G. Berry and Jerry Blaze. Another author, Max Gunssler, writes B-movie-style books, but they aren't all horror. Some of Gunssler's books are trashy superhero books.
Check out the "Killer VHS" series from Shortwave publishing. https://shop.shortwavepublishing.com/...
Most the books in Grady Hendrix's "Paperbacks from Hell" would qualify. Valencourt has republished many of them.

If you're looking for b-movie vibes that are also smartly meta about b-movies, I second The Hillbilly Moonshine Massacre. Also Joe R. Lansdale's The Drive-In.
I second Killer VHS! Candy Cain Kills has been my favorite so far and she's getting a sequel in November! 😁
Also, I saw that James S Murray (one of the guys from Impractical Jokers) has several horror books and read Don't Move out of curiosity and it was a pretty good B horror-type story. 🕷 I added a Christmas horror of his to read in December.
I Found Christmas Lights Slithering Up My Street - Book club member picked this and we had a lot of fun with it!! Want to continue the series

Lots of fun, really unique and definitely a very solid B movie vibe!
