the cruel prince and shatter me, I like the way the characters slowly fall in love without meaning to 🤭
@nova ughhh but the series is sooo long 😭 but i'll consider it. if shatter me somehow ends up in my hands, i'll read it. otherwise, idk if i can do it i'm sorry😭😭@savnah cruel prince is on my tbr! looking forward to reading it!
lmfaoo so it was actually bollywood that got me obsessed with the trope but the cruel prince is like the holy grail of enemies to lovers, and as a person who didn't enjoy powerless very much either, the cruel prince was honestly amazing
@mineli lol all these comments about shatter me... FINE the next time i'm shopping for books i'll buy it!
@belle @matilda on my tbr/have already read. thank you for the suggestions!!@georgia ooh okay. thanks!
@ Cassie it’s long IF you choose to read all the novellas. But I didn’t and just read the first three books and trust me it’s worth it.
i dont know of they are technically enemies in the beginning, but boyfriend material by alexis hall is SOOO GOOD 😛😛

@Madeleine omg how did you know i look at that book every time i pass it in a bookstore (but have yet to buy it)?? next time i definitely will!
Hello everyone im new to this group! But my favorite enemies to lovers book was the Haunting Adeline series that was my first intro to dark romance and i absolutely fell inlove with books after that!
For me, it’s the idea that someone can actively see the worst parts of you/ hates you but can still be convinced you are good and worthy of love. It’s the determination of a person to stay and within that, committing to growing a connection (whether it’s done under the guise of seeking revenge, false allies, etc)
Enemies to lovers is amazing for ppl with a rough exterior that push away before they let ppl in. I love how the characters fall in love despite showing the ugly before the good. My way of flirting irl is making fun of guys and being mean as a defense mechanism so reading the banter is great to keep in mind next time a hot guy tries to talk to me and I make fun of their shirt instead😇
