Started this last night, I'm reading too many things at once right now so this will be slow going.

I forgot about this one and I want to read it! I'm with you though Jessica, I have so many books/series going right now. I'm trying to jump between them all.

Chapters 1-19
(view spoiler)[ I looked back on my comments from the last time I read this and am laughing at how excited I was to read the main series because it ended up being terrible. That said, I still love this one and it did help knowing what happened there and more of this world. I love the set up and all the sexual tension, this is so fun. I am a sucker for fake dating so this is right up my alley. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 20-33
(view spoiler)[ Oof even though I knew it was coming this still hurt. His poor demons and especially those babies. I totally forgot Camilla losing her talent and that's why she gets embroiled in this. I do remember her secret though and I am watching for clues and there were some but I think it's not well executed the effort to keep it mystery made some of it inconsistent. The story of his mortal lover is terrible, no wonder he doesn't want to open himself up again. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 34-45
(view spoiler)[ I am once again very much enjoying their denial sex game way too much 😂 The fight between Envy and the vampire prince was pretty epic. I'm curious whether we will see more of Blade and what's up with his court in a future book. All the vampire stuff is very interesting to me. (hide spoiler)]

I shook my head when Camila thought Envy had abandoned her, she recognized that unleashing his wings meant he left his court in peril, yet didn't put together that that was what he was doing. I'm really excited for the next book, this series is so so much better than Kingdom of the Wicked. (hide spoiler)]
