I've been meaning to read Vol. 2 of Fangirl, perfect excuse!

For this month, I read The Tea Dragon Society. A short and sweet read with cute, pretty visuals and a happy ending. Also eligible for both the Magical People and Picked for the Cover themes.
(Seriously, look at that cover!! I kept the book out as a decoration while I was still reading it, and didn't want to take it down when I was done. So pretty!)

I loved that book! Aquicorn Cove by the same author is similarly adorable. :)

Sorry I'm late to the party! I'm reading the Dragon Ball manga, I've seen the anime but I haven't read the manga before. It's a little dated but a lot of fun. I've also been meaning to reread Giant Days and I don't think there's more of a comfort read than that.
Realized I had bought the two available “Cat’s Café” collections earlier this year but only read the first. So I read “One Cup at a Time: A Cat's Café Collection” which is such a “feel good” book. It’s not really comedy, and “storylines” are at most 4 pages, but it is equivalent to a “Hang In There” poster with mental health sensitivities (and an occasional knife-wielding kiwi).
