Ewq Lawrence Dundas CampbellSeems to me the Ewq is supposed to be Esquire at the end of his name.
His one book has a semicolon at end of title. A few editions, some say paperback or classic reprint in title.

The first of these seems the best one. The others are versions of the same person.
