Starting with Leviathan Wakes it ends with Leviathan Falls, the 9th and final novel in the series.

The laws of physics keep being broken as well as lapses in time and anomalies in human consciousness. The human race has angered a powerful and unknown adversary, and it is determined that each anomaly is an attack.

This is wonderful conclusion of The Expanse universe as the authors have said they are not writing anymore novels for The Expanse (there is one more novella after this story). It concludes the story of the Rocinante crew as well as the protomolecule that created the Ring Gates to the 1300 worlds.

I like how this story has changed over time, beginning with Political intrigue and a detective story, into adventure of the unknown and politics deepening, and then finally to the possibility of the destruction of man in the universe.

And they're all pretty chunky! Well done on finishing this series. I think I'm up to 4 but so far they've all been pretty good that it didn't feel chunky at all.

I feel the last trilogy is the best. Hope you enjoy them. Have you been reading the short stories and novellas?
