Hello from Hampton Beach, NH. I am seeking reviews and feedback on Executive Leadership: A Warfighter's Perspective. It is a work of creative nonfiction well-situated within existing leadership literature. The main body comprises a series of leadership talks given by me as Executive Officer to key shipboard leaders on USS Cheyenne, a nuclear-powered submarine undergoing overhaul. The front matter and afterword contextualize the talks and provide additional commentary on the theory and practice of leadership. Important subtopics include implicit vs. explicit motivation, professional trust, and the pursuit of excellence.
