Vasyl Vernyhora (vas108) | 1 comments The Buddha's teaching was a practical method of achieving superconsciousness due to the energetic effect of the practice of shamatha (many-year daily many-hour maintaining a state of absence of thoughts with collectedness and clarity of mind), and for the first 3 centuries it was transmitted orally with inevitably accumulating distortions. Later, various religious movements arose on the basis of the Buddha's teaching – Theravada, Tibetan Lamaism, and so on.

David Thrash | 3 comments pretty much learning about seven point posture, meditation with lights I feel like to connect with celestial energy and blockages, learning about the five point poison and cravings and the end of cravings. just getting into the four boundless attitudes.
