I deleted this book from Amazon so it's not available anymore because I made a mistake with it. It's not a new edition. I have uploaded a new book with the same title but different cover and manuscript.

Please delete book.

We do not delete any book that was available for any length of time. It should be combined with the other edition, but that will not be possible until Jan. 8. Check back with us then.
