One of my favorite authors has a new book coming out. Look for More or Less Maddy by Lisa Genova. There is also a Goodreads give away for this book.

I used to enjoy his columns before his second marriage more than the ones that came after, but do like many of them. His books usually get 3 stars because how much I like each essay varies from 1 all the way to 5.

Is this an actual memoir rather than separate essays?

I don't have the book, but I understood it to be a memoir.

Some of the book centers of the spectacular collapse of Michael Jackson's life, but it sounds like he talks about quite a few celebs in here. This book is about them, not primarily about the author.
