Papillon by Henri CharrièreMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
The story deserves all the praise it has been given. The tale of Papillon is cruel, realistic, hopeful and unyielding and keeps the reader in its grip the whole way till the end...
But keep in mind, this story takes place in the 1930's and -40's, during the World War 2 and before it, and was published in 1969, so the way the characters are displayed and described, can be very oldish...
So if you know that you can be affected by discriminating text, please, think twice before reading this one through, before starting the story and throwing it into the trash, since it was not full of flowers and rainbows.

Before the Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu KawaguchiMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
Before The Coffee Gets Cold...
It has a unique way to travel in time, and the stories built around the café are full of emotion...
I recommend this book to you if you want/like to read books with short stories, or stories that are taking place just in 1-3 places, and aren't that much full of action
... recommended to be enjoyed with the hot coffee
Ps. Just drink the coffee before it gets cold

The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil GaimanMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
This book was different that I was used to, as a childrens book.
This is a thriller for adults, but disguised as a child's story. Scary parts consist of parents of a kid who physically and mentally abuse him as a child.
It's a kind of thriller who I have not read a lot, so it's a very stopping book for me, since I wasn't expecting all that.

The Miracles of the Namiya General Store by Keigo HigashinoMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
Desperate, teaching, (un)realistic, magical and hope-giving book.
The best way to read this book is by not knowing anything/know very little about it.
So I am not going to spoil anything more,
And just recommend this masterpiece to you.
I hope that you believe my words...
