I finished it late last night. It was so good that I couldn't put it down. Every time I did, I immediately needed to pick it back up and start reading more.

nancymarinareads | 1 comments Finished chapter 10 and things are happening! 😆 loving it so far.

Shardae | 4 comments I’m obsessed with the characterization. Everyone feels like a real/fully thought out person. This is my first Grady Hendrix book. If this is something he does well in all his books, I think I found a new favorite author lol

Rye (ryenrosario) | 28 comments I read a couple chapters tonight and can't wait for this one! I didn't like the last Grady Hendrix book I read, but I think I'm going to like this one!

Miss Moo | 1 comments This book proved that pregnancy horror tropes are not my cup of tea. And despite that, I still enjoyed it and red it super fast, brilliantly written.

Alex Alder | 25 comments I've been putting this off. Mum is in the LDBC and started before I did. I'm expecting it a little one, Mum has advised me this book might be a bad idea right now. I knew nothing about the book before picking it up. Would be interested to know your thoughts, should I skip it or read it through my fingers and one eye closed?

Alex Alder | 25 comments Auto correct messed that up for me. Short version, I'm pregnant, should I read this or not?

Rye (ryenrosario) | 28 comments I'm also pregnant and so far it is not bothering me! It definitely depends on how you handle things though. Everyone is going to be different, I personally don't find a lot of things that trigger me. I'm also only 6 chapters in though, so I have a bit to go.

Brandi | 1 comments I don’t want to give away any spoilers, but there are very detailed scenes of giving birth. If that would bother you, maybe wait it out.

Katie | 25 comments I LOVED this book! 5 Stars for me.
I was a young, undwed mother and for me this was horrific!

Alex Alder | 25 comments Thanks for the advice peeps. I did end up reading it, and once I started i couldn't put it down.

Sabrina Ingram (sheswritingmore) | 1 comments I am pregnant myself and didn’t have an issue with it. If anything, it made the book a bit better for me! There are graphic birthing scenes and a lot of pregnancy talk but overall, I don’t think it’s something you should absolutely steer clear from!
