Very well-researched and humorous look at what it takes for humans to travel in space.

The author covers just about every aspect of human life and survival in zero gravity. She personally traveled to various sites around the globe to experience many of the astronaut training regimens first hand. The book is full of her direct experiences, interviews and stories from researchers and astronauts alike.

A very engaging book - occasionally a little more bodily function than I would like to read about - but still very fascinating.

I just finished this also. An interesting and fun book full of neat information.

I like Mary Roach. I need to read this one, it sounds interesting.

Mary Roach is such a good choice for this month, clever people. Always funny as well as informative. I’ve only read a couple (not this one yet) but must get to the others
